Green Habit works with global suppliers to bring you a curated selection of products. Because items are shipped directly from our partners, shipping times and availability may vary. Please review the details below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Times


Domestic (UK & EU): 7–15 business days


International: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been processed.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, natural events, or incorrect information provided by the customer. If a package is held at customs, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged.


Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive within 45 business days, please contact us at info@gogreenhabit.com with your order number. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for free reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
